Produced exclusively from carefully aged BPT-5204 paddy, this classic Sona Masoori variety is celebrated for its fine short-slender grains, elegant appearance, and exceptional cooking performance. Unlike yield-focused modern hybrids, BPT-5204 is cultivated with grain quality and consumer preference at its core — delivering softness, balance, and natural taste in every serving.
Our paddy is sourced from select growers in Krishna District, where fertile alluvial soils, assured irrigation, and a favourable coastal climate nurture strong kernels and uniform grain development. Each lot is naturally dried and scientifically matured to stabilize moisture and enhance grain strength before milling.
Processing is conducted entirely in-house at Udaya Bhaskar Rice Mill (est. 1982), under export-grade standards and ZED (Zero Effect, Zero Defect) certified practices. Stringent quality control, hygienic handling, and disciplined batch management ensure consistent grain length, minimal breakage, excellent volume expansion, and a soft, fluffy, non-sticky finish.
